A former outdoor pursuits instructor, he discovered yoga in 2013 to heal chronic stiffness, later training in India. Yoga Teacher
Over the years, elle became increasingly inspired by the holistic aspects of yoga, and for this reason she decided to deepen her practice by completing a 200-hour yoga teacher training with Akasha from November 2024 to January 2025. This transformative experience expanded her understanding of asana, pranayama, meditation and spirituality, enriched her own practice, and has allowed her to share learnings and experiences with others as a teacher. Ellen loves to teach styles of vinyasa, hatha and slow flow.
